By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you have any questions or require further clarification, feel free to contact our team.

Service

1

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your service needs during the booking process.

2

To ensure the safety of our clients and their belongings, we will always provide a minimum of two professionals for every service assignment. The number of professionals assigned may increase depending on the size and complexity of the service.

3

There is a minimum service time of 2 hours, and clients will be billed for at least 2 hours regardless of the actual time taken.

Booking, Billing & Payment

1

To book our services, you must provide accurate details about the location for the service, date, inventory list and relevant details that may impact the service required. Any changes or cancellations must be communicated to us promptly.

2

A price estimate will be provided to you before the service, based on the details you provide. The final charges may vary depending on inaccuracy of details provided, additional services requested or unforeseen circumstances.

3

Billing commences when our staff departs from our premises to the service location.

4

Billing concludes when all service activities have been completed and finalized at the client's location, and our staff returned to our premises.

5

Due to recent incidents of incomplete or refused payments, TruckNaGuy will now require full payment for moving services upon arrival at the new location, before unloading the truck. This policy ensures that all transactions are completed smoothly and fairly.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to provide reliable service.

💰

Deposit Retention Policy

For online bookings requiring a temporary $70 deposit (adjusted due to higher gas prices):

  • If we decline your booking, we will provide a full refund immediately
  • If we approve your booking and you later decide not to proceed, the $70 deposit will be retained as per our booking policy
  • If the service is completed, the deposit will be applied toward your final invoice
  • This temporary increase will be removed once gas prices come down
6

Any additional services requested, or changes made during the service may be subject to extra charges. These charges will be discussed and agreed upon with the client before implementation.

7

We accept cash, electronic bank transfers and credit card online payments.

8

For services provided on statutory holidays and for emergency work (last-minute requests), we will apply a 20% surcharge on service hours for all our offerings.

Customer Responsibilities

1

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all items are adequately packed and ready for transportation. If packing services are requested, additional charges may apply.

2

Customers must provide clear access to the pickup and delivery locations and inform us of any special handling requirements for specific items.

Liability and Insurance

1

While we take every precaution to ensure the safe transportation of your belongings, accidents or damages may occur. Our liability for damages is limited to the terms of our insurance policy. It is recommended that you obtain additional insurance coverage for high-value items.

2

We are not liable for damages resulting from improper packing by the client or defects in the items being moved.

3

We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal substances, firearms, flammable items, or any other items prohibited by law. You must disclose the nature of your belongings to us before the move.

4

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, government actions, labor disputes, or equipment failures.

Modification of Terms

1

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
